Flowers WA - Perth

Wonderful experience at Flowers WA today, they have a huge range of flowers to choose from and the service was incredible. The beautiful Carolyne helped me pick out an arrange of flowers and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for your expertise and kind help today.

Beautiful flowers! I just don’t understand why using GST excluded prices. Was a little bit surprised at checkout. I would expect to be informed.

Great place! I found Flowers WA in a panic trying to source some last minute petals to throw for our wedding. The girls here were very helpful, had great advice, even stored the flowers until the weekend so I couldn't let let them die. Their advice helped the petal look magic on the day. Thank you guys!

I was so disappointed with a particular staff today. As i entered the store, was not greeted but only told off for touching a ‘reserved bunch of flowers’. By the way, this was my first visit and no one was kind enough to greet me and ask me if i needed help. As i was apologising for touching the flowers, female staff rolled her eyes as i asked if the flowers are in the back. I mean, seriously, i have never ever come across that type of behaviour at any store in Perth, or in the world (and I’ve travelled a lot). I’ve never done a review about a store but I’m still really unsettled by her behaviour today. So disappointing. I won’t be coming back. Whatever you reply in this review, will not do justice to the behaviour you have extended to me today.

Thanks to the fabulous staff at Flowers WA. We came in looking for a particular colour for a wedding bouquet and they went out of their way to help. These people really know what customer service is. Thanks heaps.

Great range of flowers and vases available to the public. A lot of the neighboring flower markets sell only to trade-florists so it was a relief to find this market. The range and prices will vary according to what is in season so the prices are not marked (except for sale items) so you have to ask the staff but the lady today was very accommodating and patient with my requests as I found the most affordable items. Got enough flowers and foliage for a massive bouquet for $40, plus will supplement with some items from my own garden. EFTPOS facilities available (no Amex).

Great place to find a variety of flowers, and in general a nice wholesale flower market. Was a little surprised and unimpressed with the customer service, however. I understand that it's Christmas and in the midst of COVID there's a lot going on, but I was given dead flowers and when I asked about being reimbursed I was given a story an explanation about their providers... I wasn't upset, just asking questions, and the lady made it clear that she would reimburse me only to make me happy and not get a bad review. I was quite surprised by this, and still think she was just having a rough day, but feel uncertain about heading back...
